I am a 4th Year BSc (Hons) Computing Student at Abertay University, Dundee. During my studies I have found a passion for all things artificial intelligence and fostered a keen interest in their development and impact on greater society. Data excites me! I enjoy big data analysis and using a combination of abstract and mathematical features to derive insights using machine learning and AI.

Throughout my time at university, I’ve strived to build a diverse and impactful portfolio, balancing academic excellence with hands-on experience. I had the opportunity to lead a team during a year-long group project, where I honed my leadership, communication, and project management skills while collaborating with peers to deliver a successful outcome. In addition, working part-time in sales has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, interact with diverse customers, and develop problem-solving skills in real-world situations.
I’ve also been actively involved in my university community, contributing to open and offer holder days to welcome prospective students, and tutoring high school students in maths to support their learning. Recognizing the importance of professional development, I was honoured to be named one of the top 10 undergraduates in AI and Robotics for 2024, which motivated me to keep pushing the boundaries of my academic and technical skills.
Outside of academics, I am a passionate rock climber and pub quiz enthusiast, regularly participating in competitions and challenges that allow me to sharpen my problem-solving abilities. I’ve also attended various conferences to keep up with the latest trends in technology, and I’ve had the privilege of speaking at the Abertay Ethical Hacking Society, sharing insights on cybersecurity and contributing to discussions on ethical tech practices.
